Creatine (from the Greek κρέας = meat) is an amino acid derivative naturally present in our body. Its concentration increases as muscle mass grows. The recommendations for its use are limited to indicating the optimal intake NOT on an empty stomach and for continuous periods of time, better if in conjunction with intake of other nutrients. Excess creatine is considered "safe", as even if abundant this molecule cannot be converted into fatty acids. Per intake, the literature recommends two different strategies: WITH UNIFORM INTAKE: 3-5 g of creatine per day WITH LOADING PHASE: peak intake from 1 week to 20 days with 20 g / day (to be divided into 4 daily intakes of 5g each); followed by maintenance phase at 3-5 g per day constantly. ## Frequently asked doubts about CreaPOWDER

Is it normal for my creatine product not to dissolve completely? What can I do?

Although creatine is one of the best known and most used sports supplements, with many years of scientific studies supporting its effectiveness, it is a substance that has a single limit, namely solubility. By its nature, in fact, creatine in MONOHYDRATE form tends to remain in suspension, meaning it is not always able to dissolve completely. It is therefore advisable to always shake the shaker well before drinking, so that it does not remain on the bottom. A valid alternative to possibly get around this problem is to choose alternative forms of Creatine, i.e. in tablets.

I take protein powder. Can I also take CreaPOWDER at the same time?
