CREATINE PRO: the highest quality ever, certified by Creapure®, now available in a new chewable tablet form. Yamamoto Nutrition presents creatine monohydrate in a new and convenient form: easy-to-consume chewable tablets providing 3000 mg of pure creatine per daily dose, available in lemon and raspberry flavours.
Creatine is recommended for adult athletes engaged in intense, repetitive and short-duration activities, as it helps to enhance physical performance in this type of exercise and physical exertion. Creatine monohydrate is widely recognised as an ergogenic supplement: according to the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN), _“creatine monohydrate is the most effective form currently available for increasing high-intensity exercise capacity and lean body mass during training”¹ ².
Its chewable tablet form makes taking creatine monohydrate more practical, quicker and more enjoyable, even when you’re out and about or before a workout, and it’s convenient to carry with you at all times.

Clinical studies have also shown that taking creatine monohydrate can increase anaerobic power: in a study conducted on men and women, creatine improved anaerobic cycling power (≈ +3.7%) and maximum dorsiflexion torque (≈ +6.6%) compared with placebo³.
In the sporting context, a meta-analysis of footballers demonstrated a significant effect on anaerobic performance (Wingate test: SMD 2.26; 95% CI 1.40–3.11; p<0.001)⁴.

From a physiological perspective, creatine (from the Greek κρέας = meat) is an amino acid derivative naturally present in the body. It is concentrated primarily in skeletal muscle, where it is converted into phosphocreatine, a vital immediate energy source during rapid and intense exertion.
Metabolically, it supports the alactate anaerobic system, the first to be activated during maximal exertion.

Thanks to this mechanism, the intake of creatine monohydrate may contribute to:

  • an increase in maximum power during short, high-intensity exercises;
  • a reduction in the perception of fatigue and potential support for muscle recovery;
  • improved energy efficiency during repeated training sessions.

As regards safety, the evidence is robust: the ISSN review indicates that there are no reliable data demonstrating adverse effects of short- or long-term use of creatine monohydrate in healthy individuals (even up to ~30 g/day for 5 years)⁵.
A study involving 98 athletes monitored kidney function and various clinical markers over 21 months, finding no significant differences between the group taking creatine and the control group⁶.

CREATINE PRO is particularly suitable for athletes practising disciplines such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, cross training, sprinting, hurdles, calisthenics and, more generally, all activities requiring explosive power and rapid recovery.

In its new chewable tablet form, CREATINE PRO offers a convenient and pleasant way to take creatine monohydrate, making it easier to incorporate into your sports nutrition routine. However, it should be used as part of a suitable diet and training plan, taking into account individual needs and under the supervision of a nutritionist or sports physician.

Our Advice

Our advice

You can spread your intake throughout the day. On days when you are exercising or playing sport, you can take it just before your workout. Take without water.

As for creatine monohydrate, in any form (including chewable tablets), the recommendations for its use simply state that it should ideally be taken NOT on an empty stomach and for continuous periods, preferably alongside other nutrients. Excess creatine is considered “safe”, as even in large quantities this molecule cannot be converted into fatty acids. CREATINE PRO chewable tablets can therefore be taken as 2 tablets at breakfast and 1 at lunch, 1 tablet with each main meal, or alternatively, intake can be split according to individual preference.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to take CREATINE PRO every day, even when I’m not training?

Yes: creatine is not specifically a pre-workout supplement, and the benefits of taking it are realised when it is taken continuously (i.e. without interruption).
