Biography

Multi-certified coach with almost twenty years of experience in the sector. It boasts among its students well-known personalities from the world of entertainment and television as well as Olympic champions of other sports disciplines.

After a professional career as a classical dancer at the National Dance Academy, she arrives in the world of bodybuilding which allows her to get out of the tunnel of anorexia, teaching her how much sport benefits psychophysical well-being. At the age of 21, she won her first ever world title in the “Physique” category (then “Soft bodybuilding”), becoming the youngest reigning champion.Today she is an IFBB PRO who tries to demonstrate firsthand how muscles and femininity can coexist. Fight for an "elite" competitive bodybuilding, ie for a few genetically gifted and "ethical", or performing, because it is based on "diet and training" and makes this philosophy postulated by the Team of which she is founder: the MuscleBarbie Team.

The latter is not reserved only for agonists but rather aims at a target of women and girls who interpret health and femininity as indispensable postulates. Per this he collaborates as a Coach and as an IFBB PRO Athlete with Yamamoto Nutrition as TESTIMONIAL.

Training

Off season

  • 3 weekly sessions of about 45 min with distribution of muscle groups according to the priorities of the moment.
  • Leg extension: 2x10 plus a series of 3 angle variants from 5-5-5 with hold for maximum TUT isometric
  • Squat: 1x10 / 12 2 ”negative in superset with lunges for 10 steps
  • 1 x max 4 ”reps negative in superset with lunges for 10 steps

In season

  • 4 sessions per week with greater focus on the condition.
  • 1x10 4 ”positive in superset with lunges for 10 steps
  • 1x12 squat feet together 2 "positive plus 2" negative
  • Inclined press: 5x8 (30 ”) plus final drop set
  • Abductor plus adductor machine 4x15 + 15 (45 ")
Diet

Off season

    • 4000 kcal divided into 7 meals +2 weekly cheatmeals.

On season

    • cut kilocalories and cut cheatmeals.
