Neudin is a food supplement with Bacopa, Ginseng and Ginkgo biloba, developed to support memory and cognitive functions and counteract physical and mental fatigue. Bacopa and Gingko biloba are beneficial for memory and cognitive functions, while ginseng has a tonic effect. Bacopa also promotes relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.

Neudin is an adaptogenic and nootropic supplement: its formulation therefore helps the organism to cope with stress, both psychological and physical, and at the same time improves intellectual function, making us more alert, focused and mentally bright and responsive. These qualities are certainly very valuable as support for the demands of modern daily life, which always wants us to be efficient and productive, but to which we are not always able to respond efficiently: thanks to nutraceuticals, we can receive functional help in managing stress and mental well-being.

In detail, Neudin is composed of Bacopa Monneri certified BACOPIN®, ginseng and Gingko biloba.

Bacopa Monneri, considered by several experts to be the best natural substance with a nootropic effect on the market, is already known and used in Ayurvedic medicine for its tonic effect. This medicinal herb, native to the wetlands of southern India and Australia, is used as a support for phases of particular psychophysical stress, and is able to reduce anxiety, improve mood, memory and reaction times. Its mechanism of action is mainly based on its ability to increase brain cell connections and its rebalancing action on specific neurotransmitters, as it enhances, for example, the action of acetylcholine (a neurotransmitter that transmits signals between motor nerves and skeletal muscles).

Clinical research reports that the effects of Bacopa begin to manifest themselves after a few days of use, while with chronic use (4 to 12 weeks), improvements in thought processing times, reaction and learning ability are evident, accompanied by a feeling of calmness and lucidity.

Ginseng is certainly among the most popular medicinal herbs in the world due to its effects on cognitive abilities and counteracting fatigue, both physical and mental. It is indeed scientifically regarded as an anti-stress substance with adaptogenic action, capable of improving memory, circulation, digestion and with immunomodulating and antioxidant properties, which also seem to support states such as menopause or erectile dysfunction. Its beneficial properties are linked to the presence of many bioactive substances, first and foremost the ginsenosides,* the triterpene saponins in which the plants of the genus Panax* (ginseng) are rich.

Ginseng is considered an important natural nootropic element, because it is able to improve the body's ability to respond to and cope with phases of intense psychophysical stress. Ginseng gives the body more energy, while reducing adrenergic fatigue. In fact, this medicinal herb acts as a neuroprotector of dopamine (pleasure hormone) and as an inhibitor of serotonin and norepinephrine re-uptake, boosting ATP production in the mitochondria and supporting mood, so we are more energetic and motivated.

Gingko Biloba** has been used for thousands of years by Traditional Chinese Medicine, which exploited its natural action to treat asthma, coughs, vascular disorders and as a tonic to combat ageing. This medicinal plant, the extract from which is now well known in the nutraceutical field, is used to rebalance the levels of certain neurotransmitters, to slow down the degeneration of brain cells and to improve circulation to the brain (and thus provide a greater flow of oxygen and glucose to the neurons). Gingko Biloba is certainly one of the most suitable natural substances also for stimulating memory, learning and cognitive abilities in general. It is able to support the increase of dopamine in the brain, thus reducing anxiety states and improving motivation.

The combination of these substances, specially formulated in Neudin, results in a natural supplement capable of supporting cognitive function, memory and learning while counteracting physical and mental fatigue and reducing feelings of anxiety and stress.
