Many people don’t know that there is a difference between peanut cream and peanut butter. Peanut butter (more widespread and industrialised) has a high saturated fat content due to the hydrogenated vegetable oils and the way in which the seeds are processed, stripping them of their beneficial properties. It also contains added refined sugar or salt.
Peanut cream, on the other hand, does not contain hydrogenated oils or refined sugar, but is the exclusive result of the grinding process. All the peanuts we use are organic, meaning that our product contains only natural, organic ingredients, with no colours or preservatives, minimising its environmental impact.
Our organic peanut cream is first and foremost a food rich in plant protein. A source of unsaturated fats, i.e. “good fats” for our body, also known as Omega 3 and 6. It also contains elements such as vitamins E and B and minerals (iron, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, but also zinc and copper).
