Delicate flavour 100% Peanut Cream is the 100% peanut cream from Alphazer, obtained from organic farming and completely natural, consisting of only 1 ingredient: peanuts. The cream contains no preservatives, colourings, hydrogenated oils or added salt or sugar.
Delicate flavour 100% Peanut Cream is obtained exclusively by grinding peanuts without the use of emulsifiers and is certified organic.
Although it is not widely known, there are substantial differences between peanut cream and the more famous peanut butter: the more common, industrially processed peanut butter has a high saturated fat content due to the hydrogenated vegetable oils it contains and the way the nuts are processed, which deprives them of their beneficial properties. In addition, refined sugars or salt are often added to peanut butter.
Peanut cream, on the other hand, unlike the butter, contains no hydrogenated oils or refined sugars, and is made exclusively from the process of grinding peanuts. Delicate flavour 100% Peanut Cream is produced using only organic peanuts, with exclusively natural ingredients from organic farming and no added colourings or preservatives, thereby minimising its environmental impact.
Our organic peanut cream is first and foremost a food that is rich in plant-based protein. A source of unsaturated fats, i.e. 'good fats', also known as Omega 3 and 6, for our body. It also contains trace elements such as vitamin E and B, minerals such as iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and copper.
Our organic peanut cream is:
- 100% from organic farming;
- Colouring-free;
- Preservative-free;
- Hydrogenated oil-free;
- Refined sugar-free;
- Added salt free.
What are the differences between an organic product and an industrial product?
Many studies have shown that organic food is better in several ways. In addition to being more nutritious, it has far lower chemical residues than industrial products. A study published by the British Journal of Nutrition highlighted these differences.
The starting materials used in Alphazer® creams come from organic farming.
The term organic farming refers to a method of crop-growing and animal husbandry that only allows the use of natural, i.e. naturally occurring substances, therefore excluding the use of chemically synthesised substances (fertilisers, herbicides, insecticides). Organic farming means developing a production model that avoids the overexploitation of natural resources, in particular soil, water and air, by instead using these resources within a sustainable development model that can last.
